National Airborne Memorial

If aviation history is to be recorded
accurately, the accomplishments of the airborne troops
cannot be ignored. The National Airborne Memorial will
consist of two 1/6th scaled monument bronzes: a C47 towing
a CG4.
Groups Memorial Inc. of the Army Air Forces,
a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation, is undertaking this
Memorial and hopes to gift it to Fort Bragg. If they
accept the Memorial, this project can be seen within the
