For the past few weeks, Cindy Sheehan has been camped outside the Crawford home of our President. Mrs. Sheehan is the mother of a young man who has died in the Iraqi War. With nothing more she can loose, Mrs. Sheehan has dedicated this time to making sure that no other parents have to go through the hell she is now living. She wants
our troops HOME and wants some answers to why we are there at all.
What does it take to wake up – a folded flag? a purple heart?
I feel sorrow that Cindy Sheehan has to keep a vigil outside the President’s home until he comes out to speak with her and the other grieving family members. BUT, I am grateful that she has the courage to do so…
