The Grief Inside
Watching the news stirs that inner fear in all of us—that fear that says if one of us hurts then all of us hurts.
To see a grief stricken Iraqui makes us , too, feel the pain of loss. Our loss, it seems, is the loss of humanity and compassion and sensibility.
We can no longer hide under the guise of ‘DEMOCRACY’. We can no longer make believe that our killing will breed love.
Violence begets violence—always has—always will. The expression “love people to death” is an oxymoron—Love doesn’t hurt, it just doesn’t…REMEMBER
