A Second Chance
The monumental bronze C46 was dedicated last September. Fact. However, some of those who flew THE HUMP became aware of the dedication too late to have their names inscribed on the plaque below their beloved airplane.
So, we have decided to redo the plaque to include those who would like to have their names inscribed on the plaque below the C46 Memorial at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We do, however, have a cut-off date, late summer, to get names/monies to our office at Groups Memorial Inc. of the AAF, 816 Water Street, Canon City, Co. 81212. Groups Memorial is a tax exempt non-profit 501©(3).
