Awards For Doing Your Job
Why do we give people awards for doing what they were hired to do? Why does the movie industry become the ‘poster child’ for provoking thought?
Look around! There are literally thousands of people who excel, are motivators and actually live lives of compassion. Do they get dressed up by designers (at no cost), jewelers (at no cost) and get gifts (yes, in a bag) worth over $120,000??
Some thing is not right here! Maybe, though, the people who give without need to be acknowledged are the ‘real’ winners!
